There is an overwhelming amount of information on social media about ADHD and the symptoms. You may have searched about symptoms of ADHD and see if your observation of yourself or your child align with the listed symptoms. You may be curious to know if you or your child is actually experiencing ADHD or something else.

ADHD is a neurological condition that affects one's ability to sustain attention on tasks. Historically, ADHD has been more commonly diagnosed in children and adolescents. However, as our awareness of neurodiversity increases, we are also seeing more and more adults been diagnosed with ADHD. Given that ADHD is a neurological condition, it requires comprehensive assessment of one's neuropsychological functioning for psychologists to make diagnostic impressions.

At Sunburst Psychology, we offer ADHD testing to help you gain insight about you or your child's neuropsychological functioning. The more we understand you or your child's unique strengths and challenges, the better we can identify resources and strategies to help you or your child to thrive in this modern society. You can find detailed information below about our ADHD testing service. If you cannot find answers to your questions, please don’t hesitate to send us an email!
